Positions of Troubleshooting Specialist and Driver-Installer

Job Description / Main Responsibilities:

Technical troubleshooting specialist

Receiving telephone calls and maintenance of subscribers;
First aid, diagnostics and response to company services;
Switch / connect the call to the appropriate department according to the customer’s problem or request and sign a technical assignment if necessary;

Involvement of a new subscriber, installation / configuration of both optical and wireless equipment,
Perform technical tasks at a high level and correct a defect with the subscriber
Preferably email. Knowledge of welding (swark)
Technical requirements:

Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (within Comptia A +);
Network knowledge (within Comptia Network +);
Other requirements:

Ability to work in a team,
Ability to work in stressful situations,
Customer and service orientation,
Outcome Orientation
Fluency in the state language;
A driver’s license is required

Work schedule: full / incomplete / night shift
Knowledge of a foreign language (Russian, English) is desirable.
